Citric Acid, Monohydrate
A naturally derived organic acid produced through fermentation, supplied in monohydrate form with one molecule of water per molecule of citric acid. Functionally identical to anhydrous citric acid but slightly less concentrated by weight. Used primarily as a pH adjuster and chelating agent across all formula types.
