Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic raw materials, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, in their original sealed packaging, and unused. This is for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, and to ensure ingredients we restock haven't been compromised. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or if the seal has been broken in transit, so we can resolve this quickly.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used items
  • Custom or made-to-order quantities (e.g. decanted/split orders outside standard pack sizes)
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Items affected by shipping restrictions (e.g. certain flammable or hazardous materials)

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without justification, provided the item remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days (allow additional time for your bank to process this). If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at hello@cosmeticssupplied.com.
